| Rate: | All services are billed by the hour at $30/hour with a 1 hour minimum
Additional time billed in 15 minute increments
Rate does not include the cost of any merchandise you request us to purchase for you.

| Mileage: | 1st 15 miles included in rate. Additional miles are $.50/mile.

| Hours of Operation: | Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Saturday 8am-12pm
• After hours service requests will be billed at 1 ½ times hourly rate.

| Payments: | All shopping services require a deposit to cover the cost of purchased items.

| Cancellation: | We request 24 hr notice to cancel a service requests.

| Service Charges: | $15 service charge for cancellation without 24 hr notice.
